What it is
Grown slowly at altitude, where the cold nights keep the leaf small and the flavour concentrated. Plucked as two leaves and a bud, pan-fired the same day so it never turns grassy.
A clean, light cup with a sweet finish — no bitterness if you keep the water off the boil.

How to use it
