These terms apply when you order from Devbhoomi Naturals. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified. If we cannot fulfil an order — a batch sold out, an address we cannot deliver to — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, when they apply, are shown separately before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.

Products

Our products are natural and made in small batches, so colour, aroma and strength vary a little between batches. Illustrations on this site are drawings, not photographs of the exact item you receive.

Not medical advice

Our teas, oils and churan are food and general wellness products. They are not medicines and nothing on this site is a diagnosis, prescription or treatment for any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or treating a health problem, talk to a qualified doctor before using them.

Allergies

Ingredients are listed on every product page and on the pack. If you are allergic to any of them, do not use the product. Check the pack before first use.

Delivery and returns

Covered in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
