Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day.
Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–8 working days
- North-east, hill districts and islands: up to 10 working days
We ship across India only. We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Delivery charges
Flat ₹49 per order. Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. The exact charge is shown before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.
Tracking
Once your parcel is picked up we add the courier tracking link to your order. Look it up any time on the track page using your order number and the mobile number you ordered with.
Damaged or wrong items
If a parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, write to shop@stillnew.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — you do not have to send the item back for a damaged consumable.
Returns
Food and wellness products — teas, oils, churan — cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Malas and rakhis can be returned within 7 days if unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay. It takes 5–7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Write to us before the order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund in full. Once the courier has collected it, treat it as a return.
