We collect as little as we can get away with. There is no account to create, no newsletter you are signed up to without asking, and no advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address. We need these to deliver the parcel and to tell you where it is.
• Your basket: stored in your own browser (localStorage). It never reaches our servers until you check out.
• Payment: handled entirely by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials go to them, never to us. We only receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not run advertising or analytics trackers that profile you across sites.
• We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who else sees your data

• Razorpay — to take the payment and issue refunds.
• The courier — your name, address and mobile number, to deliver it.
• Our hosting and database provider — to store the order record.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete anything not legally required earlier.

Your rights

Write to shop@stillnew.in to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 7 working days.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only stored values are your basket (in your browser) and, for staff, a sign-in cookie on the admin pages.
